You know, I'm all for regulating companies and the like to provide public safety, such as banning toys from China painted with toxic paint. But when you pass a law that requires third party testing for hand-made toys, and then require the manufacturers to pay for said testing that's not just annoying, it's down right stupid ( Read more... )
